The approach

- 2Used Fivetran to land all source data into Snowflake on a 15-minute cadence.
- 3Built dbt models that produced one trusted view per business question.
- 4Wired reverse-ETL back into Salesforce and Zendesk so operators saw the same numbers.
The outcome
Monthly reconciliation went from 3 days to 2 hours. Customer data is consistent across every tool, and new analytics ship in days instead of weeks.
